About Us
Feeding Arusha
We are offering high quality, fresh and natural foods at affordable prices out of our centrally located restaurant near the main Arusha bus stand. All ingredients are sourced locally and responsibly, including fresh milk directly from farmers in Orbili Maasai village. Our kitchen and delivery staff are all carefully selected young women with high motivation for self sufficiency. At Mamai Cafe, we believe that every worker we employ and every customer we serve should be well nourished and treated with respect.

Our Story
Great Food - Community Development
Natoiwok, the founder and CEO, was born and raised in a rural Maasai village outside Arusha. Growing up, her family and community faced challenges with accessing clean drinking water and paying for education. After traveling outside the village and working hard to eventually find the support necessary for attending University in Dar es Salaam, she gained a higher perspective about life and social impact. Upon graduation, she set her sights on sharing the beauty of her cultural heritage through the powerful medium of food. Now, the Corner Cafe is generating value for suppliers, workers, and customers by staying true to our mission and vision.
Rural Development Project
Support Us
Increasing access to clean drinking water in Natoiwoks home village of Orbili in Simanjiro district in the Manyara region of Northern Tanzania.
We plan to raise 20,000USD for drilling a 180meter borehole to a plentiful underground water source. This solution will eliminate the current situation which requires villagers to travel 15km to the Pwani river in order to collect water that is often dirty and unhealthy for consumption
